Our Story
In 2017, Forthright Auto Care LTD. started off as a small, mobile, boot strapped, family run business in Red Deer. Shortly after, the family moved to and settled in Olds, where the business took roots and expanded into the families garage. From here they began growing their customer base which quickly spread from a wide range of customers and other businesses.
In the spring of 2018 they had already gained enough traction in the community to justify further expanding into a shop. Since then the company has become locally recognized for their quality service and workmanship.

Meet our team
John Pero
Glass Replacement and Parts/Accessories Trainee
John works hands-on in the shop, focusing on windshields and parts and accessories. He enjoys working on vehicles and takes pride in learning the process and doing the job right from start to finish.
Zach Guenther
Owner/Operator, Lead Technician/Installer
Zach is the owner of Forthright Auto Care and leads the team with a focus on continuous improvement, strong leadership, and attention to detail. His goal is to create a place customers can trust and a work environment where the team can grow and operate at a high standard. For Zach, the customer experience matters just as much as the end result—and both need to be done right.
Emily Harris
Executive Receptionist
Emily's attention to detail makes her the perfect person to handle the reception and administrative tasks at Forthright Auto Care. When she's not doing her duties as a mother, she loves spending her spare time with her horses.
Rachel Wiebe
Receptionist
Rachel is the friendly voice you’ll likely hear when you call or message Forthright Auto Care. She keeps the schedule organized, helps guide customers through their options, and makes sure things run smoothly. Rachel has a genuine heart for people, loves serving others, and leads with honesty and integrity in everything she does.
Katelyn Harris
Film Installation and Paint Correction Trainee
Katelyn is a key part of the production team at Forthright Auto Care. She’s known for being diligent, hardworking, and highly detail-oriented, taking pride in doing every job right. Her attention to detail ensures a clean, consistent finish every time.
